Still more with cleaning

Angel was up early.

That was so wrong on so many levels.

But he'd promised Krycek to help finish cleaning the Assistants Lounge, and sadly doing that was more fun than contemplating dealing with Parker's forced death march to Student Council.

Angel stood in the doorway to the lounge and pondered what he wanted to attack first.

Sean nosed around. It was possible that he sniffed around the door of one cabinet in particular more often than he did the others, but Sean was a puppy and puppies did weird things sometimes.

"Good point," John says. "This would've been right up Professor Ash's alley. I have no idea who to approach with it now."

Angel rubbed the back of his neck. "Me neither. Um - Prof. Camulus was into poker. Dr. Wilson's laid back enough he might let us get away with stuff. Don't know if they'd be right for the job though."

"You did know Camulus is one of the bad guys, right, Angel?" asked Janet.

"Yes, but frat," Angel countered.

"Yes, but evil," said Janet. "Unless you think you can redeem him through the continuous application of alcohol and poker?" She blinked. "Wait, you guys are starting a fraternity? Is this anything like the MFCD?"


OOC: I'm not trying to dissuade you OOC, but IC? OMG, Goa'uld, I so must say something.

"John's idea," Angel said, proudly.

[ooc: Totally understood. There's actually somebody that we want OOC, but the boys have to get there IC. Heh heh heh.]

Janet nodded slowly. "Why am I not surprised?" she asked. "Do you have a name for your boys' club yet?"


OOC: Cool. Just clarifying, as Camulus-mun has expressed concerns in the past about the SG good guys driving off students, and we didn't really intend to OOC, but IC, it's kind of required we at least snark about the snakehead. So I wanted to make sure it was clear for anyone reading too. :)

"You want me to suggest names of a club I can't join?" Janet snickered. "You're just asking for trouble, aren't you?"

"Well," Angel said, coyly, "Frats need sister sororities, right? Could always start one of your own."

"That's not a bad idea," mused Janet, trying to think of people who'd be interested. Then she eyed Angel and grinned. "Are you sure you're not still evil?"

Angel held up his hands innocently. "All John's idea, I swear."

"I notice you're an enthusiastic particpant," said Janet, giving him a disbelieving look. "All right, I'll see what I can do about organizing a sister sorority. Hm. Though finding a faculty advisor might be an interesting task."

"Hey, I am all for spending time with my fellow male students," Angel said. "If that means getting participation credit for hanging out and drinking drinks that have absolutely no alcohol in them, we swear, then so be it."

Angel thought. "Huh. Guess it depends on what kind you were making. That Home Ec teacher would probably be real into girl power, though maybe not the kind Maureen likes."

"Yeah, if this thing involves uh, good natured ribbing," John says, going for the politcally correct way of saying pranks, "then we might wanna find someone a little more open minded and amiable to that kind of thing."

Angel nodded. "Exactly. Plus somebody who's not going to nag us into doing actual work for the credit."

"Yeah." John taps his chin, thinking. "I have no idea. Professor Ted?"

Angel coughed and muttered, "Think he'd let us get away with having beer?"

John winces. "Dunno. I think it'd depend on where we meet. On campus versus off campus kind of thing."

"Right, right," Angel nodded. He coughed. "My ID's not fake, just sayin'"

John eyes him for a moment. "Look, old man, just because you're ancient," and he lets that trail off into a laugh.

"Still, fake ID or not, drinking on campus for a club activity might not look too good especially to new students that might be thinking of joining. So...possibly someone with off campus housing? We know of any professors like that?"

"I'm not old!" Angel protested. He then grimaced. "Well - I don't look old."

He thought about it. "Hum. Um... again Prof. Ash would've come in handy. What about any of the new faculty? Any of them living off campus?"

"No, you don't look old," John agrees. "Moisturizing does wonders for the skin."

"New faculty?" John asks. "I haven't seen any of them in the dorms so I bet that means they're off campus. Got any names? And not that woman that Callisto hates either."

Angel's brain focused on that last bit for no real reason whatsoever. "There's a woman who's bothering Callisto?"

"I've only heard vague details but someone pissed her off but good a few days ago," John tells him. "I have no idea what her name is but if it's enough to piss Callisto off, it must've been pretty bad."
