Assistants' Lounge, Wed 18

With only one class to worry about, Angel had plenty of time to hang out and do nothing pay close attention to his studies.

Currently he was curled up on the couch and reading a large, old, dusty book.

For fun.

Weirdo.

Sean, possessed of a better sense of fun than his dad, was chasing a ball around on the floor.

There was fresh coffee brewing.

"Uh, so garlic isn't a myth?" Cameron asked. "I could ask my..." He trailed off and realised that really wasn't something to bother her about. "I'll see if I can find a good recipe. Shouldn't be too hard."

"It won't kill me but it doesn't attract me either," Angel said. "What about dessert? Maybe get a cake from that bakery in town?"

"Well no, but it stinks. It hardly attracts anyone," Cameron considered the cake. "I was kinda more thinking of Chocolate is my life. I made it for Aeryn once and she liked it."

She rolls her eyes at his comment about Callisto's posters. "She's really, really scary pretty. But I'm sure you're dating her entirely for her personality."

Cameron grinned tiredly, he wouldn't mind chocolate right now. "Fresh brownie, covered with three chocolate ice cream scoops with two oreo biscuits in between topped with hot fudge."

Angela laughs. "Dick Cheney, Dracula, what's the difference. I think people believe your soul is pretty well stuck." It's clear she isn't sure whether this is a good thing or not.

A curious look spreads across her face. "So do you vote? I mean, technically, you're old enough, right?"

"I forgot about the Irish thing, but yeah, that makes sense. Plus, it keeps you out of jury duty," Angela says, glancing at her watch.
