The cloaks are black and heavy and nondescript. They range in size; one should fit your character.

The masks are Venetian masquerade-style masks; all of them cover enough of the face to preserve your anonymity.

Ino? Was trying not to giggle too much. This was so awesomely cloak and dagger. She picked out a mask that she found appealing.

Eve snagged a cloak and studied the masks for a moment before selecting (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v65/emotional_ride/cv012d.jpg) one.

Reno selected a mask, smirking to himself, before pulling his cloak and hood on far enough over his face and shoulders that the shadows playing on his lips and jaw made him appear almost more like a vulture than a man.

This was gonna be good.

Momoko grinned and bounced as soon as she saw the sign. this was gonna be so cool! She selected a mask that looked the least like she'd pick and grabbed a cloak. So cool. She was gonna be grinning evil-ly for hours.

Francine... wasn't collecting anything, because she was already dressed in a long black raincoat and... well, it was sort of a mask. She was just scuttling down the hall with her homework under her arm when she ran smack into the group of people going into the TA lounge, and rather than call attention to herself, well. Here she was.

Jess had to admit, a mask and cloak was perfect for hiding after the weekend from hell.

Sokka found a mask that looked vaguely wolf-like -- okay, not really, but it was very ARTISTIC, and he had a feeling that the artist had been wolf-inspired. Maybe.

Maybe it was a fox. That would be okay, too, but not as awesome.

ANYWAY. He also snagged a bottle of rum and stashed it under his cloak for later. There were plenty left for the squirrels.

John grabbed a cloak and stuck a mask (http://mardigrascostumes.com/bestblack.jpg) on his face, glad to still be hiding out after the weekend.

After putting on her mask, Jo swirled her cloak around dramatically...just for a moment.

Liz selected a mask that she liked and also a cloak. She knew that this was definitely going to be interesting.

Jack sneakily collected a mask and a cloak.

"Welcome," a mask-wearing figure said. "You're all here for similar reasons. You found a card. Or a letter. Or you saw a note in the mirror, or on the sidewalk. But you're really all here for the same reason: you were curious about what you saw and wanted to find out more. Right?"

The figure -- she, we'll say, since the voice was decidedly feminine -- started to pace. "I called you all here because I'm curious, too. I want to know if we can add chaos to Fandom. It's weird, but it follows its own rules. Let's make some of our own. Let's break theirs."

"I want us to start adding disorder to the bits that make sense. Nothing dangerous, nothing that hurts anybody. That doesn't mean it's all gonna be legal, necessarily. That's why we have the cloaks, and the masks. You might think you recognize my voice -- but you don't know who I am. Not so you could prove it. That's important, in case any of us get caught."

"I'm talking about a secret group to add a little spice to Fandom's everyday life. We meet here, we plan, and we leave. We don't tell anyone else what we do, here. Nothing leaves this room. We see where chaos takes us." From behind the mask, her head turned this way and that, as if she was surveying the crowd. "Are you in?"

She fidgeted under her cloak, the thing was a weight she wasn't used to, but both it and her mask made this about a million times more awesome.

And listening to what the figure had to say? Oh, seriously, as if she could refuse something with as much potential for fun as all of that. She turned it over in her head (for about three seconds, really).

"I'm in."

Eve took all of a second or two to think about it. "I'm in."

What? She was all over causing a little chaos of the non-harmful variety.

Chaos. He could live with chaos. With everything else that had been upside-down in his life, lately, at least this was a sort of chaos that he actually had control over.

He nodded, a single, stooping sort of nod that only enhanced the illusion of a man who was also a bird buried under that coat, and in the shadows under the mask, his lips pulled into a grin.

"In."
