"Now that's just easy," he said and tossed the ball at her.

"Does everything have to be difficult?" It was much easier to catch it when she was expecting it. She tossed it back, just a bit harder.

"Nah, but it has to be fun." He smirked as he caught it and tossed it back right away.

"Fun is good," she agreed as she caught the ball and sent it back.

"Uh huh, I like fun." Cameron grinned. He caught the ball and stared down at it. Hadn't it been blue just a minute ago?

Isabel held up her hands. "Come on, I'm waiting."

He shrugged and tossed teh ball back her. Maybe he was just going crazy. "Impatient."

"At times." She caught it, and tossed it back. "Other times, it's worth it to go slow and savor the experience."

"Slow is-" Cameron missed the ball and it ended up hitting him in the chest and falling to his lap. He blinked and looked around the room.

"Okay..." He blinked his eyes a couple of times, but there was definitely something lacking...

"Hey, I didn't throw it that hard," she said with a smile.

He didn't really pay attention to the remark and was still looking around the room. When he turned his attention back to Izzy, he realised that she was entirely black and white as well. "Uh, do you notice anything weird going on?"

Isabel loked around the room, half expecting to see some alien life form creeping up the walls. "No. Why?"

"So nothing just went completely black and white for you?" Okay, so he was starting to get a bit worried here.

"No." And now she was starting to get worried. "Cam are you okay?"

He closed his eyes for a moment, telling himself that when he'd open them again, everything would be in technicolours. Only, it was still techni B&W. "Uh... I don't think so?"

"What's wrong?"

He turned his attention fully toward Izzy and leaned in, searching her eyes. "I'm pretty sure you had brown eyes when you walked in here." He was not going to freak. Did strokes come with colour loss?

"I did. And I don't think they changed recently." She frowned, "Cam, what's going on?"

"I don't know, everything's gone grey. It's like someone replaced my colour television for a black and white one. Your shirt's not red anymore," he picked up the rubber ball. "This definitely isn't blue."

"That's not good." She peered into his face, trying to see if his eyes looked any different. "Did you do anything different today? Touch any strange books? Eat in te cafeteria?"

"No. No. No. I just ate those pastries Kawalsky got from Jeff's. Cameron groaned and bowed his head. He pressed the heels of his hands against his eyes for a moment and then looked up at Izzy again. His shoulders slumped. "You're prettier in colour," he sulked.

"I'm sure it's nothing permanent. Isn't weird stuff a given around here?" Reaching out she patted his shoulder. "Do you want me to walk over to the clinic with you? Just to make sure?"

"I guess," he sighed and grabbed a pillow. Placing it on his lap, he buried his face i it to keep himself from seeing the non colourful world. "Do you know if there are any terminal diseases that keep you from seeing colour?"

Isabel reached out and ruffled his hair. "In the real world, I'd be worried about. But this is Fandom. I'm sure there is some incredibly bizarre reason it's happened. Look at it this way, you're not a small, furry animal." She grinned, "So you think I'm pretty?"

Cameron made a whiny noise at the mention of being furry, but didn't look up. "It better wear off, I like colours." He paused. "Yes."
