Up early that morning and unable to fall back asleep, Bel wandered down to the Assistants' Lounge and opened it up for the day.

"What, you can't handle a little thing like a wormhole by yourself?" Bel teased. "I suppose I could help out."

"We really haven't had much of a chance to do that," Bel said. "But I'd like to."

"Back in my dimension, yeah," Angel said. "I've lived there before. I think I can make a go of it."

"I'll miss you," Bel said. "Good thing I can shimmer between dimensions, though."

"See? You can come stay with me for a weekend."

"Sounds like a plan," Bel said with a laugh. "Just the guys, no girls allowed?"

"But of course," Angel said. "Wouldn't have it any other way."

"We should go out again some night," Bel said wistfully. "Only not exactly the same of course," he added hastily.

"Less with the killing," Angel agreed. "But yeah, sure. Love to. Just us guys?"

Bel nodded. "I'm sure we can find some demons somewhere that need to be dealt with."

"Shame we can't go this weekend," Angel said. "But I've already got plans with Logan."

"Oh for God's - with Veronica and Callisto! Double date! Four people!"

"You really need to be more careful with how you say things," Bel snickered. "Then again, at this place, they seem to love to make things up. They'll probably say things about us when we go out."
